Chef de Partie | The Foundry Kitchen
Part-time | 32 hours per week
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen – supporting the Head Chef, supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to seasonal menu development.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present high-quality meals, including dietary options
• Supervise junior staff and ensure food safety compliance
• Assist with menu development, stock control, and ordering
• Maintain clear, professional communication across the team
What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
• Level 3 National Certificate in Hospitality (Professional Cookery)
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and confident with kitchen operations and stock management
This is a part-time position of 32 hours per week and includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
