Are you an organised, customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality and catering? We’re looking for a dynamic Catering Administrator to join our team and help us deliver exceptional catering services. As part of the OnCampus team, you’ll play a key role in the sale, coordination, and administration of catering orders, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service for ours clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Catering Administrator, you will coordinate catering orders and work closely with clients to plan events, ensuring their needs are met with precision. You will manage catering enquiries, advise on menu options, and liaise with internal teams to execute events seamlessly. Post-event, you’ll follow up with clients to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships.
In addition, you will handle key administrative duties such as invoicing, managing shared mailboxes, and assisting with stocktake data for monthly reporting. You will also maintain accurate records and help track internal transfer data. Building and nurturing positive relationships with clients and suppliers is essential to ensuring high-quality service.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 2 NCEA or equivalent, a Class 1 Full Driver’s Licence, and at least two years of experience in hospitality management or coordination.
